Hey oh,Usao,Alitamtam. Let’s do Halloween costuming and fun safely;the kids will get sugared up and going like choochoo trains! Let’s stay on guard on sidewalks,use available lighting,bright costumes,and do not trust drivers to see,or stop. Adult kids drinking ,put away the vehicle keys,have non-drinking driver plans. Avoid tragedy by loving each other enough to take care of each other. Go for a Halloween groove,have fun,be safe. ☮️🎶
