The grief and destruction done by Russian forces is the result of mentally deranged leadership; Putin and his gangs have gone berserk with greed; lost is family values,traded away for criminal wealth. Hopefully,economic sanctions will bring about necessary concessions quickly,since human compassion for civilians seems lost by Russia.
